If you are upgrading to the Universal Plan, the will be a charge of $5.00 USD for every 2000 emails sent per month. For example, if you send 10,000 emails in one month it will cost $25.00 USD.

It is possible the email landed in your spam folder, please check there first. If you do not see the email in spam, please check and verify your account email is spelled correctly and try again.

Issues related to payments or invoicing.

If you see a double charge, please do not be alarmed and wait 2-4 days for one of the charges to drop off. If the charge does not drop off please email us at support@themistermail.com and we will happily refund you back.

In order to change your billing method please click on your name or avatar in the upper right corner, in the dropdown select Subscriptions, confirm your plan and update your info and payment method.
